Free local delivery and more.
In order to serve you better and more efficiently, we are reorganizing our delivery process. We will have all these new processes in place by November 1, 2018.
We offer delivery services within a 10-mile radius from our location. For all areas outside of this radius, we offer free mailing/shipping of your prescriptions (excessive weight or bulk shipments may incur a small charge, which you would be notified of before shipping).
In addition, we will no longer be calling prior to delivery. If you are not going to be home on the day of delivery, we will need to know your arrangements of who we can leave it with, or it will be returned to the store and labeled for pick up. If you request a redelivery – there will be a $4 charge.
Delivery will remain free to all our patients that participate in our Sync Program. When you receive your monthly review call, we will coordinate for day of delivery. If you have not yet enrolled in Sync and would like more information on this FREE program, please let us know.
For all patients not enrolled in our free sync program, you will receive 1 free delivery per month and after that there will be a delivery charge of $2 for each visit.
Emergency exceptions may apply per pharmacist discretion. A delivery fee may incur.
For any patient that’s interested, we are able to set your account up with a credit card or care credit that can be automatically charged when your prescriptions are filled.
